Fresh air filling my lungs, and Sundays on my skin
New flowers, growth and brightness of spring
The smell of fresh cut grass
Water bottles made of glass
That cheesy smile after many long weeks
The love and kindness with which he speaks
A wagging tail and zealous hops to end each day
Warms hugs, and forehead kisses in which to hide away
Like Soft bread, smothered in warm butter
Better than Fresh linen, and spaces free from clutter
His hands on mine, walking on the outside
Keeping up, just matching my stride
Providing Motivation through these sexy moans
Maybe: through my locs, I’ll let him roam
Ye! Jeans that fit both my hips and waist
Hmm.That warm hand caressing my face
Just like getting real cute socks
Or using brand new yoga blocks
An infinite number of blessings
With equally abundant lessons
All to be loved, endured and shared
Before the final test, where no one’s prepared
